Fantastic Heritage Stay!
convenient location rental car heritage building modern amenities
I found the location convenient! It was a short walk to many attractions near Elizabeth Quay. I easily picked up my rental car around the corner and used the hotel's discount voucher for cheaper parking nearby. The restored heritage building had genuine vintage appeal, which I LOVED!!! Rooms featured modern amenities and proved sufficient for an AMAZING stay.
The USB plugs in my room did not work. I informed the staff, who showed almost no interest.

The gym contains several composite mechanical devices, and adjustments allowed me to train different muscle groups! The equipment seemed new and very practical. The concierge service was fast and efficient.

The hotel offers many food outlets and bars within easy walking distance. This made dining very convenient. The breakfast selection was fantastic and offered a wide variety. The bar was very convenient to access.

The staff provided fresh towels daily along with quality toiletries like shampoo and conditioner. They supplied new bottled water every day, a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable and cozy.

The hotel rooms included loccitane products. This was a nice touch. i found the check-in staff helpful. They made the process effortless. i appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms. Housekeeping did a great job. the beds were comfortable. I had a good night's sleep.

breakfast was amazing in the pub. the pub also provided drinks and snacks. the chinese restaurant offered nice meals, though the coffee machine in the bar was broken one morning.

the location proved convenient for accessing shops and restaurants nearby. i found the offsite parking to be close by, safe, and reasonably priced. the room was spacious, and the bed was quite comfortable.
the coffee machine at breakfast was out of order. i needed a bottle opener for a wine bottle, and the staff member needed to borrow it from the bar. he confessed he did not know how to use it.

The location is excellent. It is very close to shops and restaurants. the room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and pillows were very soft.
Our room was booked for three nights, but there was a party in the aurora bar above us on the second. they could not control the noise. There was live music until midnight.

the king size bed was a welcome feature.
the heritage king room i occupied felt cramped. the lack of space made it difficult to manage luggage effectively. the usb plugs did not function, and i informed the staff, but they showed no interest whatsoever.
